- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer discounts all the time. we also can negotiate to a price if the customer feels it's too much, we also only work with OEM parts so straight from the factory and also do 30 day warranty on all our work and parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get them scheduled and let them know that a specialist will have to come and do a thorough diagnostic, even if the customer might know what the problem is. from there the specialist usually lets the customer know what the problem is and the steps we'll take to fix
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If hiring us or any other company and you aren't completely comfortable with the work they did please reach out to them and ask questions. And most times if the specialist can't find the problem we won't charge the customer.
