J Lanz was very friendly and easy to work with. He was able to diagnose the problem and informed that while he would be happy to fix my dryer, the cost of the repair would probably outweigh the value of the dryer. While it wasn’t the outcome I had initially been hoping for (in terms of what was broken), I very much appreciated his honesty and professional opinion. Would call again for future repairs.

We gave a $650,deposit for parts. They said they were no longer available. We asked for a refund. They reached out to us and returned the deposit. The they also repaired a different oven on the spot, which is working fine. Thank you

I had a great experience with this technician! He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my washing machine, and explained everything clearly. He tested his fix thoroughly and put everything back together just as it was. The price was fair, and I really appreciated him walking me through why he needed to replace a part.
