We gave a $650,deposit for parts. They said they were no longer available. We asked for a refund. They reached out to us and returned the deposit. The they also repaired a different oven on the spot, which is working fine. Thank you

I had a great experience with this technician! He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my washing machine, and explained everything clearly. He tested his fix thoroughly and put everything back together just as it was. The price was fair, and I really appreciated him walking me through why he needed to replace a part. Jorge responded so quickly. Within minutes after choosing a repairman for my washer and refrigerator. The part that needed repaired on my refrigerator was very expensive. He gave me a discount because I've used his company a few times to fix different appliances. He fixes the appliances quickly and has so much knowledge of many different appliances. He's very friendly and showed up on time and kept in touch. I'll definitely use J Lanz Services again!
