I had another repair person from Sears Appliance Repair come and it was not a good experience. The only good thing is he did do a diagnostic so that I knew what was wrong and could pass the information onto J Lanz with the part number required. J Lanz got here on time, had the part, and had the whole thing done in about 20 minutes. Very good experience.

J Lanz was very friendly and easy to work with. He was able to diagnose the problem and informed that while he would be happy to fix my dryer, the cost of the repair would probably outweigh the value of the dryer. While it wasn’t the outcome I had initially been hoping for (in terms of what was broken), I very much appreciated his honesty and professional opinion. Would call again for future repairs.

We gave a $650,deposit for parts. They said they were no longer available. We asked for a refund. They reached out to us and returned the deposit. The they also repaired a different oven on the spot, which is working fine. Thank you
