Dude this guy is aweosme. He came and fixed my washer the same day I contacted him which was super awesome. Easy to pay - I used my credit card but I could have used my Venmo. 100 percent recommend him. My washer is brand new and was shaking accross the floor like it was possessed when I used it the first time. He took out some screws that were holding the spinner in place and now it works like a charm! Amazing! More than 100% recommend him.

Service created damage to the dishwasher and floor, and they have not taken any accountability. They came out to inspect but ended up creating a leak when they placed the dishwasher back. They haven't provided a written estimate. They are trying to say that the leak was caused before the inspection, but there was no remark that there had been one before or during the inspection. We've spoken to the owner, but he kept trying to blame the customer when informed of the leak. However, the second person they sent to see about the leak placed the blame on Dash Appliance and David, the owner who had done the original inspection. The second person they sent told us the company should take care of us. We haven't heard from them after the second inspection. They came out on Feb. 20, 2024 for the first inspection and then again on Feb. 26, 2024, for the leak. Today, when I'm writing, this is March 14, 2024.

We have a family of 7 in the house with lots of laundry from daily wear clothes to sports gear and the washer/dryer seems to always be on and going. So we can’t be without either one. When the dryer stopped drying on Thursday night they were able to get us on the schedule for Friday morning and had everything back up and running in less than a day. Great communication, fast work, highly recommend and will use again. Thank you!
