Service created damage to the dishwasher and floor, and they have not taken any accountability. They came out to inspect but ended up creating a leak when they placed the dishwasher back. They haven't provided a written estimate. They are trying to say that the leak was caused before the inspection, but there was no remark that there had been one before or during the inspection. We've spoken to the owner, but he kept trying to blame the customer when informed of the leak. However, the second person they sent to see about the leak placed the blame on Dash Appliance and David, the owner who had done the original inspection. The second person they sent told us the company should take care of us. We haven't heard from them after the second inspection. They came out on Feb. 20, 2024 for the first inspection and then again on Feb. 26, 2024, for the leak. Today, when I'm writing, this is March 14, 2024.

Responsiveness: I was contacted the same day to schedule appointment. He was upfront about fees and that’s important since no one likes to be blindsided with extra fees. Interactions were professional & friendly. I was booked for a next day appointment and since we needed the washer working properly ASAP that was perfect. Before Service: I received a text reminding me of my next day appointment and another one or two texts letting me know he was on his way an hour out and probably one that he had arrived. I really like reminders so that was very nice. Service: Clean, professional and friendly. He arrived on-time and asked if I preferred a mask on— I said yes. He diagnosed the washer quickly, he cleaned/repaired it for $100+ dollars. I also asked him to look at the dryer and he did a tune-up for that too for $300+ dollars. The Whirlpool Duet I have, I purchased in 2003 so I just wanted to make sure all was good. He was probably done, start to finish in an hour or less. Payment: paid with debit card, no problems. Overall experience: Very happy with service and would use him again without hesitation.
