This was my first time trying Thumbtack, so I wasn't sure what to expect. My clothes dryer was squealing worse and worse, and my experience with most appliance repair was not the best. Dash was quick to respond, had the right parts in the van, did the belt and pulley repair two days from the time I looked them up, and all in a single, one-hour visit. It wasn't dirt cheap or anything, but about the price I expected from a mobile repair service. The repair man was very friendly and showed me all the problems in the dryer before he fixed it, so I knew exactly what was going on. Good experience.
