- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to price my jobs on a combination of complexity, how long and a slice of good value. I'm really big in giving a great service but not taking advantage of a customers situation to over profit. Good, honest pricing gets return business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally my aim is to come up with a good value solution to their problem. I am keen on providing a warm, friendly and prompt service. With the hope to build trust and secure future work with a happy customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an apprenticeship in Natural gas and solar Central heating and hot water systems. That gave me plumbing and electrical skills. I also am an expert in home appliance installations.
