Cody was very kind and willing to go the extra mile. Getting a time scheduled and communication of ETA was a bit difficult and somewhat frustrating at first, but once he got here I was his #1 priority and he guarantees his work for a year or two which is nice. The garbage disposal and new drain he installed are working great! I will use him again in the future if I need any plumbing work.

Water heater went out. Cody showed up and discovered a leak inside the unit causing sensor issues. He also discovered the unit was in warranty. He was able to get it swapped out without any difficulty. He did the project quickly and we had hot water restored. I loved that he checked warranty status instead of trying to "sell" me a new unit. Based on cost estimates he was a great value for the service he provided.

Had a water line break and Cody came out after hours and worked hard on getting everything fixed and water cut back on for us. The pipe's in a tight space and not the easiest to get to but he worked hard and troubleshot it to get it all fixed and water back on. Super nice guy!
