I had a great experience start to finish. CMP Plumbing was communicative about arrival time and got to my house and started on the project right away. CJ took the time to explain what pieces needed to be done (swamp cooler tune-up and maintenance) and worked quickly to replace cooler pads and a belt plus he cleaned out the accumulated sludge to complete the work. He also took the time to run the cooler and inspect all the moving parts to make sure it was functioning at max efficiency. And since the cooler is on the roof, CJ snapped some photos to show me that the work was done. CJ was friendly and knowledgable and I’d hire this company again without hesitation.,

Didn't end up using them because the first day they said between 9-10 am they were so behind they never made it to my house. They did apologize and said they would come first thing the next morning between 9-10 am again. Around 11am I said I had to leave. They still hadn't shown up so I just canceled.
