As the owner I have over 20 years commercial and residential experience maintaining several marquee properties across the country. After some initial problems with an inexperienced, inept, and strangely self-confident project manager, Thrive realized that our project was going poorly and provided new personnel. Our new project manager, Jeremy, was excellent. He, Mario, and Jose did a fantastic job on our project though a fair amount of it had to be torn up and re-done. Unlike the first PM, Jeremy was very knowledgeable, courteous, and very pleasant to work with. Instead of issuing commands to his workers, he worked with them most of the time.I highly recommend Thrive Landscape Services for any xeriscaping project. Just be sure to ask for Jeremy and Mario.

Thrive did an AMAZING job on our backyard landscaping project. Chandler, Moises and JR (Alberto) were the perfect people to manage it. They were super responsive and checked in with us regularly. When problems/mistakes did come up (as they will with any project of our size), they handled them immediately to our satisfaction. Our backyard looks fantastic.In a way we were a little sad when the project was over because we felt the Thrive team had become part of our family. We will miss them.I heartily recommend Thrive without reservation.
