FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be the most fair with my pricing and some times I feel like I still under charge. And a lot of people don’t understand how expensive commercial insurance, workers comp and general liability insurance is. And if adding fuel your personal wages and your employees wages some times prices seem high. And my mentality is as long as I stay busy enough customers don’t have to suffer the higher prices. But I wish some could understand how much the insurance kills businesses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just trying to have good communication when I can, I’m on the road a lot and in and out of homes so just making time to communicate is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Class A CDL no restrictions, with 6 years of driving. I’ve attended HVAC/R school and have my EPA universal, I’ve attended a little bit of electrical school as well And have and associates degrees in business.
