This review is overdue but Barbara is amazing. She painted our living room/entry way/kitchen area and our kitchen cabinets and they look great. We will continue to go to her for more projects!!

Barbara helped us choose paint colors, prepped and painted a doorframe and double doors, and consulted on the fittings and knobs. The whole project took one day and she did a perfect job. I will call her for other projects in the future. Thanks, Barbara!

We have owned 6 homes and Barbara is by far the best painter/artist we have hired. She was prompt to respond and arrived on time everyday until the job was finished. She was helpful in choosing colors and ideas for wall finishes. Barbara has completed two jobs for us and will be doing a third once we are ready to move forward.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find it’s best to meet the client and see the job to be done in person. I like to get to know the client and their expectations, making them feel comfortable and exceeding their expectations are my main goals!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Art degree and many, many, many years of all types of painting from canvas to walls.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always interested in interior design, and started at a young age with art and painting. This grew into interior painting, wallpapering, and making custom draperies and pillows. I love the art of faux finishing and the transformation this and even just regular painting can bring to a home. For me painting is therapeutic!
