FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is to encourage smaller jobs, though I can do bigger jobs. I just price accordingly to make have it meet a more fair market value. Which is why I charge $80 for a trip fee, then after the first hour of work I charge $100 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process consist of getting a call/ text from the customer, asking what their problem or needs are. After assuring them I can fix their problem I go and do the job they need. Then at the end of the job, I will have them pay before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 years of training with a basement finishing job I had in salt lake. This consisted of framing, and finishing work. As well as a maintenance technician job, which led me to learn about more technical problems involving sinks, toilets, garages, doors getting jammed, etc.
