They did such good work and we were so pleased, and tipped them as such. However, as I was starting to put my shelves back in my bookshelf, I noticed all of the shelves had some kind of damage. We think they must have been dropped. Out of 12 shelves, only 3 don’t have visible damage. Accidents always happened, but I was very disappointed to have found out this way, rather than them telling us in person. We are throwing one bookshelf away because there is significant damage to the front parts of the shelves after picking out the best ones :(

They were not the professional movers we thought. More like neighborhood boys to help. Washer was broke and Walls were banged up, dinged & scuffed to the point we will have to re-plaster and paint. They did not bring straps or professional gear to lift the heavy furniture and items. Most boxes were labeled to what rooms they should go but not followed. I struggled with this review because I didn’t want to hurt an up-and-coming business. Especially in there’s times But I would be doing an injustice someone else in my situation. These men need to educate their selves on professional moving. Phone number provided was sometimes not answered or had a strange recording or I work the person up.
