- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge hourly and don't have a minimum amount of hours. I don't charge extra fees for specific things like appliances, deep cleaning etc. I do what my clients ask me to do as quickly and efficiently as possible and if the client has a limit on what they can pay then I will work diligently to complete the job as much as possible within the amount of time they have requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very flexible and like things to be convenient for the client and myself. I am very professional, but I am also very personable because I feel that someone being in your home should not make you feel uncomfortable. I am human and I treat every situation the way I would want it to be as a customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for reputable cleaning companies, hotels, and nursing home facilities and I am also worked in the medical field as CNA and EMT. I independently research cleaning hazards, product safety, natural cleaning procedures, all the dos and don'ts so I can do the best job possible while keeping my clients and their loved ones safety a top priority.
