These guys did an incredible job, my windows are pretty old and they were in desperate need of a good cleaning job. I’m amazed at how they look. These guys were fast and very reasonably priced. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a base rate per pane we clean. If the customer is interested we charge a couple dollars extra per hard water window we clean. We will also charge anywhere from 5$ to 25$ extra if the customer is looking to have their screens cleaned.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Figuring out exactly what they want done. Then getting them scheduled for a day that they’re free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A summer learning from a professional. And lots of time getting better on our own.
