- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We put a lot of value on our customer service as well as the standard of cleaning that we provide. We provide our cleaners with a bonus structure that incentivizes them to always do their best work. We offer very good discounts for any referral that our customers provide, as we like to incentivize them as well! We believe our prices are fair and competitive in the market and that the work we provide is exceptional!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we receive a lead, I will contact them immediately. I will setup a time where we can either do a video call or come by the house, if necessary, in order to provide the most accurate and fair estimate for the project. If we get the job we schedule a time for us to come and we then send them our company practices and licensing information. We will send them a reminder the day before as well as the day of the cleaning in order to remain in clear communication with them. Upon completion of the job we contact them and make sure we provided everything they expected in the cleaning and get any feedback on anything they would like done differently or any notes they’d like to leave for the recurring cleanings. We then send them an invoice with our payment options and we thank them and express our appreciation for their business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My partner who does the majority of the cleanings has been cleaning for the majority of her life. We are mindful of being as eco friendly as possible by using the most environmentally safe products on the market. We are always taking additional training and educational courses to stay up to date on the most efficient and thorough ways to provide our cleaning services.
