David reached out to me within just minutes of me sending my first message. My wife and I bought a $1000+ HP laptop at Costco for a home computer. It had complimentary virus protection and performance optimization software on it from reputable brands out of the box so I didn't worry about installing anything immediately after purchase. As soon as the free software trials for virus protection and performance optimization that came on the machine started to expire the computer slowed down substantially.
My wife and I both work full-time and each have had dedicated work laptops so we almost never used our home laptop, but my wife needed to start using it for a new job so we needed to take time and get it back up to speed.
It took longer for the laptop to boot up than it took for David to pinpoint exactly what was slowing it down. Once he had access he was fast, to the point, and knows his trade very well. It took a couple hours waiting for various loading bars while he ran various scans, cleaning processes, defrag and then he walked us through choosing new protection software he could install for us. The computer actually seems to run faster now than it did fresh out of the box. I'm more confident in the security now then I ever was with what came on it originally.
I'll be hiring him again for optimizing multiple machines I use at the office for my business. I built gaming computers as a teenager but my wife and I are just so busy neither of us has had any time to invest the needed TLC our home computer needed.
David built my trust immediately when he arrived. Zero BS, straight to the point, no upselling me things I knew I wouldn't need.
He isolated the issues, fixed them, then educated me and my wife on what the newest dependable options were for system defense. Walked us through the pros and cons of several free and paid options, then implemented our choice based on what I'd already budgeted for.
Having been a dedicated gamer as a teenager I was not expecting to learn anything. I have never been so happy to be wrong. He stays current and really knows his stuff.
If you have a small to mid sized business and need a responsive, on call IT Specialist I would highly recommend David. I am looking to expand my business to about 18 machines and asked him what he felt he could handle. He said 20-30 machines for 1-3 businesses is about his limit without growing his team.
He has a background in IT working for AVG with a portfolio which includes several other large IT companies and his professionalism really shows through alongside his great sense of humor.
Talking with him while things were loading I learned that his goal for starting his own business is to begin offering affordable on call IT services for small businesses while maintaining the same level of quality and security that many tech giants enjoy and regularly invest hundreds of thousands or even millions in every year.
He is customizing my business package based on my business needs and charges per machine for on call, remote or in person IT and security needs within Salt Lake and Utah County.

Went above and beyond to help my elderly parent with a serious computer hacking issue.
