- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a fair honest company that wants to earn your business by providing competitive pricing for quality service and products. We will always do what's best for the customer and look for way to save them money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to listen to the customer's concerns, needs and interests then evaluate the existing equipment and ductwork. We will then put together multiple options for fixing the issues and or options for replacement if requested by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. We have been through extensive training and continue to incentivize our team to participate in on going education in the field they work in. Current Licenses and certifications we hold are: S350 HVAC Qualification EPA Refrigeration License Rocky Mountain Gas Association (UTA) Ultimate Tech Academy Certification Amana Factory Trained and Certified Fujistu Ductless Split Product Specialist Fujitsu Factory Trained and Certified Indoor Air Quality Certified Specialist Wrightsoft Duct Design Specialist Wrightsoft System Design Specialist
