- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't operate out of a big, fancy corporate space. Nor do we indulge in company "swag" items, lunches, and vacations. We have cut all the unnecessary fat from our business so that we can always offer the lowest possible prices for our professional services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have agreed upon the deliverable of your project you will then issue a SOW which will need to be signed and returned to us before we can get started. Once returned, you can then set up a Zoom call between you and the 1 person you will be working on from my team. You can plan on meeting weekly for 30 - 45 minutes over the length of the project. These meetings are designed to review the progress and get your feedback to further customize your Brand or Build. Finally once completed, we will provide you with walkthrough videos and educational material so you have the knowledge to maintain your new website or brand. Not only that but we provide a final "Growth Strategy" call to review your project and make professional recommendations for your business continual growth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a bachelors degree in Business Marketing and Marketing with a certificate in Entrepreneurship. I have also spent 3 years working in Web Design, Search Engine Optimization and Digital Marketing My team members specialize in Adobe Creative Cloud (Video, Photo, Graphic Design), Social Media Marketing, Sales Funnels, and Complete Web Development.
