I really enjoyed my stay at one of their vacation properties in Utah. The team at TruStay seems to really care a lot about their guests. We had one small issue with the door code not working, but a 2 minute phone call and it was completely resolved. And in their defense, we were checking in earlier than originally told. We'll definitely be back!
