- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer three different packages when selling a home the first option is a flat $5000 that would allow us to provide pictures, 3D tour, assistance negotiating, and an assistant specifically assigned to your home. The second offering is a bulk pricing discount when someone sells more than one home or sells and buys a home using The Moffett Group, please contact us for details. Third package is 3%-6% this included paying for two agents. The national association says that by using an agent a home seller can expect to make 5% more than on their own, and we have not even talked about the work that goes into getting a home sold. Don't hesitate to reach out. For property management, we charge 10% of the gross rents and a small turn over fee. We offer bulk discounts for management over 1 unit.

Set up a time to talk on the phone and then plan to see the property of interest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Spanish with a Business minor. In addition to education, I have over 5 years working in real estate investing including, rentals, flips, mobile home parks, condos, single-family homes, and multimillion-dollar developments.
