As a passionate and detail oriented chef, I love to cook for wows as much as for everyday comfort. With experience working in fine dining kitchens I emphasize a farm-to-table philosophy. Through my travels and work, I’ve developed an affinity for curating food experiences that both comfort and surprise. I believe that there are few things better than enjoying a truly delicious meal with people you truly love. That’s what I try to bring to each plate, is that feeling of wonder and enjoyment, either trying something totally new, or something familiar that touches you in a new way.

Ive now had the chance to have Chef Vanya cook for a number of events, ranging from date nights to large gatherings, and across a wide range of cuisines. Without fail, Im blown away by the food and service. Ive even found myself enjoying foods I didnt think I liked! Easiest 5 star review of my life.

Some of the best meals I have had were made by Chef Vanya. One meal in particular that I will always remember was a scratch made chicken pot pie. I know that you might not think that chicken pot pie has that much potential to impress, but let me tell you, the flaky buttery homemade crust and the perfectly seasoned filling with roasted chicken in a savory gravy was something that I just could not get enough of.Chef Vanya's passion is improvement and learning in the kitchen, and he finds real satisfaction in making foods that make his customers smile. I cannot recommend him enough.

Ive worked with Chef Vanya a number of times, and every time he continues to amaze me!! The way he understands the art of food is unreal. My family has had him chef it up for us before, and my youngest brother (who HATES fish), still talks about how good the salmon was that Chef Vanya made us, and that now he likes fish!! He is also really skilled with customer care, leaving each person better than he found them. My family and I will hire him for years to come!! Couldnt recommend his services more.

I give Chef Vanya my highest recommendation. His dishes are out of this world. I have tried multiple of his cuisines and have never been disappointed. One of my personal favorites is his lasagna. Its no traditional lasagna, carrying with it hints of new flavors that leave you wanting more.
