- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation call where we talk through the details of your event. Then I will send sample menus based on our call, then a proposal when you’ve decided on a sample menu. Once we have finalized all the details I’ll send an invoice and we can book!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have been catering for 8+ years and have worked with many clients! I’ve done everything from the casual brunch to multi coarse tasting menus. I have a lot of experience as a travel chef as well!
