This review was totally undeserved and is disingenuous. Please read on. These clients are great people whom I sincerely care about and sympathize with, who are fighting an extremely difficult case with severe implications. I have absolutely nothing against them despite our misunderstanding and their resulting disingenuous review, and I sincerely wish them the best moving forward. This review was, again, totally undeserved. It was based on a lack of understanding of the legal system and processes, which is understandable considering these clients’ layperson status. Unfortunately, these clients were dissatisfied with the implications of the legal process, which were wholly out of my control, but they decided to blame that on me regardless. Neither I nor anyone can control the timeliness of legal processes. Their case involved extremely sensitive facts and circumstances. Their case was incredibly difficult and required substantial work due to the very dire nature of the facts and circumstances and the resulting complicatedness. Nevertheless, we performed excellent, consistent, and diligent work for them for a few needed months as we prepared a powerful document that would have greatly benefited them. The research (both legal and factual), analysis, reading, pondering, brainstorming, understanding, synthesizing, drafting, and extensive general preparation had to be extremely specialized and was extremely difficult due to the very sensitive and serious nature of their case. Nevertheless, we worked diligently and were on track to producing a document that would have saved them and helped them win their case. Unfortunately, these clients were very impatient and did not allow us to finish our diligent and complicated work. Their review’s ambiguous and non-descriptive nature is a testament to the fact that we did nothing wrong because, if we had, their review would have certainly reflected it. They have nothing bad they can truthfully say about us, but if they had said something bad, it would have been totally untruthful and defamatory. We performed some of our best work for them. I genuinely care about and sympathize with these clients, and I sincerely wish them the best as they proceed with their very difficult case.
