- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is entirely variable depending on how many rooms I’m doing, the square footage of the space as well as how many plants you’d like. I am able to make the space full on jungle vibe, or keep it simple with only a couple eye catching plants scattered around. I can also do custom work with set designs. To give you a ballpark idea on pricing: One standard room (typically 150SF) prices start at $190, not including the cost of the plants and accessories. I also offer plant care and maintenance after the project is completed which is charged at a monthly rate depending on how many plants there are. If you decide to add on plant care, I offer 50% off your first month! Plant care pricing starts at $300/month and goes up depending on how many plants there are. Plants are cared for once a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a quick phone consultation to see if we are a good fit and to gain a rough idea of your project and desired outcome. After the phone call, we’ll schedule an on site walkthrough where I can assess where plants would go as well as if any additional plant accessories would be needed. I charge a $75 nonrefundable fee for my walkthroughs. If you decide to move forward with the scope of work, the fee will go towards the total cost of your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 3 years experience. I also started my own company and have been passionately self taught in all the knowledge and aesthetics that different genus’s of plants can offer.
