- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it is important for you to know that we charge per single pane of glass, not per set of windows. For a more accurate estimate, you need to know how many panes there are, we would love to assist you on that, through phone calls, pictures of your home, or onsite estimates. I will personally go and clean your windows, this is what I love to do, and by doing it myself, I can clean your house at a very affordable price, with the quality and care of the business owner. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is KEY for us. we first need to know from the customer the desired services, their expectations, and any concerns, then, we find out the fair price for the needs of the customer and set up an appointment. A text confirmation is sent the day before the cleaning and an ETA is sent around 20 min before our arriving at the home. After the completion of the service, we discuss results, questions, and any other concerns, take payment, and if the customer would like, we can set up the next visit to maintain their bright views.

We work with all kinds of customers and adapt for their needs. we have done many construction clean ups, preparing houses to be listed on the market, cleaned windows for the first time in their lives, maintanance jobs for people who can't live without seeing the world clearly from their homes and more. No matter what your needs are, we will take good care of them!
