- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since this is a brand-new business, my prices are very reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
System repair process is as follows: inspection, estimate, and repair. First we will begin with a comprehensive assessment of your current sprinkler system. Once an accurate inspection has been made, a technician will write up an estimate and present it to the customer. Finally, the technician will proceed with the repair.
