- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $29 regular hours (8am-6pm) service fee to come to your residence or business and give you a straightforward price. We have a standard pricing guide that our technicians can show you exactly what it will cost to do your repair or replacement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service manager has 30+ years of experience. Our technicians typically have more than 20 years of experience and are continuing their education on a yearly basis. We are on the cutting edge of new technology for plumbing, heating and air.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our owner started working with his father in plumbing at the age of 14. He grew up in the industry and has been doing business on his own for 15+ years. Some of our technicians are 2nd and 3rd generation plumbers!
