- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to give a set price on jobs, so I can do the job right without being rushed. If the costumer prefers I do it by the hour I am willing to work with them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically customers call me and ask for a price on a job, if it's something I can price over the phone I will give them a set price. The more detailed jobs I like to go look at before I give a set price. I am honest ,friendly and customers find me real easy to work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed four years of plumbing school. I also have twenty three years of experience on the job.
