- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My coaching is designed for high-performing men who are serious about achieving elite-level results. I offer a premium, high-touch coaching experience that reflects the level of service, expertise, and accountability my clients require. My pricing is structured to ensure each client receives a fully customized training and nutrition program, direct communication for ongoing support, and a strategic approach to maximizing their strength and performance. I don’t offer discounts because I believe in delivering unmatched value rather than cutting corners. If you’re ready to invest in yourself and operate at the highest level, this program is for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, my process is all about understanding their unique goals and crafting a personalized strategy that aligns with their high-performance mindset. First, we have an in-depth consultation where we discuss their current fitness level, any challenges they’re facing, and their specific objectives—whether it’s building strength, optimizing physique, or improving overall performance. From there, I create a custom training and nutrition plan that’s not only tailored to their goals but also to their lifestyle and schedule. I believe in giving my clients the tools they need to succeed independently, so I provide ongoing support through daily communication, tracking progress, and adjusting their program as needed. My focus is always on accountability and results. I also make sure to check in weekly to evaluate progress and refine strategies, ensuring they stay on track to hit their peak potential. Ultimately, my goal is to help my clients transform both physically and mentally, and it starts with a strong foundation, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to their success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold certifications from NASA, NCCPT, and ACE, and while I’m grateful for these accreditations, they pale in comparison to the 21 years of experience I’ve dedicated to training. My true education didn’t come from a classroom—it came from real-world application, relentless self-experimentation, and years of refining my methods to produce elite-level results. I also earned a B.S. in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from Weber State University, with a minor in Nutrition, which gave me a strong foundation in human performance. But the reality is, the best teacher isn’t a degree or a certification—it’s experience. Since the age of 12, I’ve lived and breathed strength training, testing and perfecting what actually works, not just in theory but in real life. Every method I use has been battle-tested—first on myself, then on the countless high-performing men I’ve transformed. My coaching isn’t based on trends or cookie-cutter programs; it’s built on decades of firsthand knowledge and a lifelong obsession with strength, performance, and results.
