- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We actually don't charge per hour- but we needed to add that to Thumbtack. We charge per grill size for cleaning, and parts costs for repairs. Give us a call and we can give you a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the appointment is scheduled, your friendly Grill Technician will greet you at your front door. You can then lead him/her to where your grill is located. Your Grill Technician will then go over what he/she will do with your grill and help with any expectations, requests, or concerns you may have. Once that is done, your Grill Technician will get started on the cleaning and repairs. Once finished, he/she will greet you and go over the work performed and answer any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Grill Technicians go through a rigorous training process which consists of roughly five parts: 1- observe how the work is completed 2- complete the work under direct supervision 3- teach how the work is completed to their direct supervisor 4- ongoing and advanced training as needed. 5- ongoing review of work performed by supervisor- on occasion- to keep the quality high.
