I’m beyond happy with the results of my two floor Airbnb remodel, thanks to Natay Construction. They really knocked it out of the park. The new floor plan flows so much better, and the added floor length windows now highlight the incredible views of Park City. The space feels elevated, and because of these updates, I’m able to charge more for the property. What stood out most to me was how Natay kept my unique needs in mind. Since I’ll be living in the space part-time, they designed it with both my guests and myself in mind. The live calendar was super helpful while I was away, it kept me in the loop and made the whole process way less stressful. We did go a bit over budget, but I’m really glad we did. Eric helped guide me through the decisions, making sure we invested in upgrades that would last and not need any major changes for a long time. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
