I worked with Matt for the first time, and had him install a new water softener for us. He was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the next best quote we got. Not only was he cheap but by the time I was ready for the water softener he had it installed and ready to go within a few days. And got everything installed within an hour! He was even able to work with the small space I had. I would definitely recommend going with Flat Rate Water Softeners for your install!

I compared 4 companies and spoke to a couple of them directly. Flat Rate Water Softeners was by far the best and took time to answer a lot of questions over the phone without requiring me to commit to buy. Great service and the best price, and my system was even custom made for my home location and family usage.

We offer the exact same products and services as many other water conditioning companies. We just have less overhead and pass the savings onto you. Our customers report that our price is sometimes as much as half all of the quotes they receive from other companies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is simple. We do not waste your time all we need is to test the water see the installation location and ask a few simple questions. In some cases we can offer a quote over the phone.
