I had a new driveway installed in the fall on top of the wiring for the sprinkler system. I was told they would come back in the spring and fix any sprinklers that didn't work since they couldn't test it at the time. The next spring, one zone didn't work and I asked them to fix it and they claimed it was and they claimed the solenoid was bad so it wasn't their problem. I switched the solenoid and it still didn't work. They quit answering my request to come back out so I had to find another sprinkler guy to figure it out for me. I hired er.sprinkler and they discovered that the zone had been capped off along with the zone that was capped because it was under the driveway. They had to reattach the piping and run new wiring as well from the garage. I had them also put in a hose bib on a zone that we didn't need anymore and they also fixed a broken pipe and added a sprinkler to the driveway edge. He was kind enough to split the invoice into 2 parts so I could ask for reimbursement from the company that should have fixed it in the first place. They did a great job and I have been very please with the results. Thanks
