Pricing varies depending on project. Real Estate Transactions can vary between 1-3% of transactional value. Management depending on the service could be between 8% and 30% for short term rentals.

I am a Licensed Real Estate Professional, Member of National Association of Realtors, Utah County Association of Realtors, Code of Ethics Approved Agent. Each year I spend many hours working on continuing education, learning about contract law, negotiations, property management, market trends, and marketing.
