This review is not rating the quality of cleaning but rather the lack there of. Unfortunately after planning to be home all afternoon and waiting for them to come I received a message asking if they could come in the next day or two. I was clear about wanting them to clean my son’s bedroom and bathroom for his birthday which was the next day so it really didn’t do any good to have them come later. I wish I could have given 5 stars and had a fabulously clean home but they really ruined my afternoon and my plans for having my 17 year old wake up to a nice clean room on his birthday.

They showed up on time, which was great, but it went downhill from there. Originally on the website I was quoted $144 for a move-out clean. When the cleaning was done, he charged me nearly triple what the online estimate said. And to top it off, the cleaning was subpar. If they had been more upfront about the cost on the website, I might be less upset and okay paying that amount, it’s just the fact that it was incredibly deceitful for how much it actually ended up being. Overall, extremely dissatisfied and will not be using them again.
