- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free onsite estimates because certain repairs require weighing the door or making sure tracks and parts aren't bent and so to give you the most accurate recommendation and price we like to take a look first that way there is no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go to the home or job site and talk with the customer about the problems and their needs and then give the best recommendations for repair or replacement so that we can fit their needs and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always doing training with the companies products that we offer making sure classes and workshops are gone to. Continuing education is very important to make sure the customer is getting what they need at the best price. And keeping up with the industry is crucial for that.
