- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I won't charge to consult or help you better understand any issues pertaining to your garage door or operator, there are no surprise fees, and any and all pricing is discussed before any repair is set into motion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initiate a dialogue, and try to glean any and all information from my customer that will both help me narrow down potential issues, and better enable myself to make an efficient, and effective repair. My customers description of what they are seeing, and hearing, is critical to that end, pictures are also very helpful in determining what kind of situation to prepare for. Once I determine what repair or labor is required, I communicate that to the customer and help them choose from the available options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A few trade specific training seminars & courses, usually manufacturer related and sponsored.
