- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price list includes the following (with a two hour minimum required): $75 an hour for < 50 people $100 an hour for 51-75 people $125 an hour for 76-100 people $150 an hour for 101-125 people $175 an hour for 126-150 people $200 an hour for 150-200 people
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine their requirements, number of people, venue set up, preferred flavors, type of occasion, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in business for 5 years and done tons of events for weddings, corporate events, festivals, sporting events at high schools and stadiums, colleges/universities, graduations, etc.
