FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What I do with a new customer is I first set up a time for an initial conference call. I use this call to get to know my client and I tell them about myself. During that call, I also ask them subjective questions about their health and any past injuries they have had that will help me build a fitness program for my client. Then, I have them perform a few physical tests to see where they are at with their cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance levels. With the results from the tests, I will make sure my client is performing at a level that they can do and work with them to progress at every level.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up an athlete, I’ve always been a fitness connoisseur. I love communicating with people and working out, so I thought “why not help people and be passionate about what I love to do?” So, I enrolled in the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer course, and I worked very hard to get my certification!
