- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is upfront with no hidden fees; -We charge $50/hour/mover and offer discounts if a 3rd or 4th mover is needed to complete the job. -If a Piano or Safe is to be moved, we will cater the price to the specific type and weight of the Piano or Safe. -If only a single item such as a mattress, couch, desk, etc. needs to be delivered or moved, or you only need a couple of your belongings moved or transported, we will give a discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to communicate effectively with each customer so they are kept within the loop on everything. The typical process if a new customer wants to book is; 1. Customer and Super Moving Bros representative talk about specific needs of the move and what date and time are needed. The Super Moving Bros representative will give an accurate quote with how many movers and the cost of the moving truck if the customer needs one. 2. Customer will receive job quote via email and will see the exact charges of the move. They will also receive our bill of lading or moving contract that will show we are a legal and professional company as well as the quote given so the customer knows they are bound to or around a certain amount. 3. On the day of the move, the lead mover for the day will contact the customer to let them know their name and time of arrival. 4. Customers will then have a great moving experience where they will not need to worry about any items being broken as Super Moving Bros has top-of-the-line equipment and staff!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Brandon Lovell, the owner of Super Moving Bros has received two bachelor's degrees as well as two associate degrees. He is a firm believer that any business, especially his, should do their best to save each customer the most money they can while giving them quality care. Each employee is trained to treat all customer items as if they were their own. They are not just trained to lift heavy items. They are trained to make sure each customer knows they are friendly and can be trusted while handling your belongings.
