If it wasn’t that they refused to take a check or cash but wanted me to use Venmo which I declined because I had money stolen from my bank account through that app before and my bank fraud department deleted it, they would have got five stars. The cleaning was superb. Wanting me to tip the girls individually and not taking a check was creepy. I don’t feel comfortable using them again. In 15 years of using cleaning services this is the first company that wouldn’t take a check. You can’t make it that weird for the customer.
