FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no charge to move furniture. Our crews are professionally trained to move your furniture, and return it to its rightful place on foam blocks when cleaning is completed. Our cleaning depends primarily upon natural hot water and high extraction. We thus eliminate the need for excessive and aggressive chemicals, solvents, and harsh scrubbing. Tests have proven that our method leaves the absolute least amount of residue so there is no threat of premature wear, contamination, or re-soiling. We only use professional biodegradable agents that are safe for us, for our customer, and easy on our environment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On average it will take approximately 20 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, how soiled the carpet is, and any necessary spot removal treatment. Dry time is affected by humidity, temperature and air flow in the area. It can take anywhere between 6-12 hours for the carpet to completely dry, depending on the aforementioned variables. If a faster drying time is necessary we have fans available upon request. As the finishing touch to your thoroughly cleaned carpet and/or upholstery, specially formulated protector can be professionally applied. These products help carpet and upholstery resist soiling from dry dirt and water or oil based spills by wrapping each fiber in a protective coating.
