FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unless it is a basic flat rate job, the price depends on many different aspects of the job like the materials needed or wanted, time, and difficultys so each job is different. I want people to feel comfortable with my prices so they feel like it was money well spent and that they are happy with the value that they receive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ON-SITE estimates are required for most jobs because it is the most accurate and effective way to see all aspects of the job like specific materials needed, access & many other issues or complications with access and other things that may be involved as well as providing all possible options that can't be known without looking at the work prior to pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
