- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is given after evaluation of the project/repair. An estimate/bid will be given laying out the cost of materials and labor. We are transparent in our pricing, and do not have extra hidden fees or charges. We accept cash, check, and card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will need to make the deposit payment to reserve their project in our schedule. Upon completion of the project, the rest of the payment will be expected.
