From the beginning the office staff was responsive and courteous. I had a specific area, tub and shower in mind for the work. I was upfront about the scope and budget. Options were explored that were within my budget and I did not feel pressured at all. I was able to choose from options that fit my lifestyle and budget. My schedule is difficult to accommodate but we were able to schedule a day that worked for all of us. The work started and completed on time. A problem during the demolition was addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. I have already recommended 5 Star to a friend.

I called for a quote and they scheduled me in, but the day of they called and said their estimator was sick. No big deal; so we rescheduled. They called the day prior to confirm the second appointment and then the day of; no show. Hopefully, they value other potential customers time more than mine.

I declined their services and they called me multiple times a week leaving messages and complaining that I wasted their money. I asked them to stop and had to block their number to get the calls to stop. I think they were upset that they paid for the lead through thumbtack and that I ultimately decided against doing the remodel or even the estimate due to the cost of other estimates I received. In my opinion they acted in an unprofessional manner to a level I have never before seen in a company, and they were willing to spend many many hours calling to harass me rather than accept that I didn't want their services.
