We use insurance pricing and bill your insurance directly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
24/7 Emergency response. We will get to you as fast as possible and get to work mitigating the problem as soon as we arrive. We try to save as much of the home as possible and do it in the cleanest manner possible. If you have a flood we will spray a antimicroberial spray to kill bacteria and prevent mold from growing. We will place equipment and monitor it until your home has dried out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified. We have cleaned up thousands of floods, toilet overflows, sewer back ups, etc...
