- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Since we offer variety of services listed in our portfolio, our prices varies respectivately based on the difficulty and scope of the job. Rest assured we offer great pricing to keep our customers happy and satisfied. "Our base pricing for most services starts at $40 per hour per tech for simpler jobs such as furniture assembly, hanging items/ TV" "Our base price is variable, and will be changed based on difficulty and expertise offered per service" Almost always, we come to the job site prepared and preferably with 2 technicians. Instead of paying 40$ hourly rate per technician which comes out to 80$ an hour, we can bundle it up to 60$ per hour, at the same time drastically lowering the amount of time spent to finish the job, which comes out to , with exceptional pricing, superb quality work, and excellent customer service. However, we always communicate with a customer prior to come up with best solution. For example, for a job with defined scope and estimated duration, it's sometimes better to charge a flat rate rather than a hourly rate with a "not to exceed" maximum number of hours, which provides more transparency and predictability for the customer. 2. **Discounts and Special Offers**: - "First-time customers receive a 10% discount." - "We have a special package deal for military households". 3. **Additional Fees or Charges**: - "There's an additional fee for travel outside a 50 miles radius, of Salt Lake City." - "Materials cost is not included in the base price." 4. **Customization and Personalization**: We provide personalized quotes after discussing the specific requirements with the customer. 5. **Payment Methods**: - Specify the accepted payment methods (cash, PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, ACH, Wire Transfer).
