Sara is WONDERFUL! She explains the body flow/ movements step by step. Great for beginners (like me) to advanced (like lots of people in our group) she give you options to make you feel more comfortable and confident. I took her 90 day program she is so nice to talk to! She puts things into perspective- in ways you never thought of. She really helped me on my journey to be a better ME. I say journey because thats what it is! A journey of self healing and self love that never ends! I am currently in her yoga training class. When you do the work it is so mind opening and comforting that you are not alone! Someone is there for you every step of the way!If youve been searching. Searching for something and dont know quite what. Make the call. If its right for you.
