I had a SolarEdge system that hadn't worked in a year, and no one seemed interested in even looking at it. Upon learning of his company, and reading the reviews from other clients, I reached out and Richard responded immediately.
He came to the house, did a thorough system check to determine what DID work and what didn't, and found the problem. He immediately arranged to get the new inverter, contacted me the day it arrived and came the very next day to replace the old one and get the system working perfectly. He also did work on the panels to prevent animals and debris from getting underneath them. All the debris and garbage was thoroughly cleaned up and removed. He left me with a complete record of what he had done.
Richard is very professional and personable. He genuinely cares, not only about the quality of his work, but also his clients. He explains things well, isn’t pushy, and I also thought his rates were very fair.
Based on my experience, I would recommend him to others without hesitation. He was really great.

Richard is the real deal. So glad I found this company. If you have issues with your solar company not being responsive and your solar system is all crap then call this guy. He will get it fixed.

Richard with Modern Energy Solutions was great. I couldn't say anything bad about this company. I had a very bad pigeon infestation and needed guards put on our solar panels. He was very educated on anything and everything solar panel related. He cleaned up the mess those birds made over the years within one day, I was amazed. Very professional and great customer service overall. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.
