R1 roofing gave me impressive customer service and delivered a beautiful full roof replacement. Throughout the process, Luis went above and beyond to answer questions, provide documentation to my insurance, and make sure everything was done well in the installation and cleanup. Normally my husband and I are irritated by salespeople haha, but it was completely different when Luis helped us. He wasn't pushy at all, gave us really helpful information, waited till we were ready, and made the whole process a great experience. My neighbor was impressed that the entire tear up of the old roof and installation of the new roof took less than two days. The crew also cleaned up thoroughly. Can't recommend them enough!

They were professional and made sure I understood everything they were talking about on the issues with my roof. Would recommend and will be using them in the future on other needs. Fyi they do more than roofing!

Responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. After my experience today, I will always recommend R1 for roofing work. The time from my initial call to a finished repair was only a few hours. I'm not saying that will be the case for everyone's situation but today, for me, Pahoram and Juan helped me out of a jam. They came prepared, got to work quick, and kept me informed throughout the process. They were pleasant to be around and the job cost about what I would've expected.
